I bought a colour and black cartridge for the DJ 6940 but I can't disable the incompatible cartridge protection on the printer so they don't work. There is no function under settings to do this. Please advise.

Hi there, if the incompatible cartridge message is displayed the only thing you can do is replace the cartridges with new ones (the information on the micro-chips is out of date). If you bought them from us, please let us know on 0345 365 3605 and we'd be happy to arrange replacements for you.

I have recently purchased a pair of refurbished 339 and 344 cartridges for my HP 6940 Deskjet printer. Initially, I could print, but now I have an error status and flashing (right hand) red teardrop on the control panel suggesting that one or other cartridge is faulty. Please could you advise me as to which cartridge I need to replace, and recommend a reliable replacement? I am unable to print anything, and cannot clear the error- status!
