What is the returns policy and how do I return a cartridge?
We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with TonerGiant. With over 20 years’ expertise, our friendly support team is here to help get you printing again quickly. You can arrange to return a product through our returns form, or by calling us on 0345 365 3605.
If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

We have an HP Laserjet P3015 printer which is printing with a faded print. Do we need a new drum for it or a fuser unit? Many thanks, Amanda.

Hi there, faded print is normally caused by a drum unit, but could also be the fuser. For your machine, the drums are built into the toner cartridges so you would have to replace the toner first to rule that out. If replacing the toner doesn't work, it could then be due to the fuser unit. Hi there, any toner on this page is suitable. The only difference between them is the number of pages that they print and that the two at the top are our own brand rather than HP branded. The toner reference needed is the CE255A or CE255X. If you need any extra help, let me know.

Hi Steve, you can find the HP LaserJet P3015dn printer for sale on the following page here: https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/product/HP-LaserJet-P3015dn-Mono-Laser-Printer-CE528A-4786/ We currently don't have stock of the standard P3015D printer which is a little cheaper. Maximum tray capacity is 1500 sheets and the printer is aimed at customers who print up to 100,000 sheets per month. Toners have capacity of up to 25000 pages.

Are the HP 55X black cartridges definitely meant for the HP laserjet P3015 printer? I'm having trouble fitting the cartridge into the printer. Kathy.

Hi Kathy, yes I'm absolutely positive that the HP CE255X cartridge is the correct cartridge for your HP laserjet P3015 laser printer. Please make sure that you've removed the orange plastic seal that covers the cartridge before you insert it into your printer as that could be what is preventing it from fitting incorrectly. How does the cashback offer work?

All you have to do is purchase the qualifying cartridge (marked on the page) and save the hologram from the box when you receive your order and a copy of your invoice from us. You then follow the link we have added to the product page that will take you to the HP website where you can upload your information, invoice and hologram and then HP will send you the cashback. Do you offer a dual pack of toner in your compatible versions of the Ce255x toners?

Hi, we don't actually have a dual pack of the compatible HP CE255X black toner cartridges available. That's because we offer quite a significant discount on purchasing a compatible compared to purchasing the original HP cartridge and we also offer tiered prices so if you buy 2 of the compatible CE255X toner cartridges you will actually save around £8. We couldn't create a twin pack that would offer more discount than that which is why we don't have one. I hope that explains things. Thanks for asking a question.

What's the difference between the two HP CE255X toners? Aren't they just the same products?

Hi Paul, thanks for your question. Although the images for the 2 toners do look the same they are indeed different. The difference between the HP CE255X and the HP CE255XD cartridges is that the CE255XD is a twin pack of toners so you get 2 black toner cartridges without having to pay twice the price of the single cartridge.
