Unfortunately, our security measures are in place to prevent any fraudulent transactions taking place. The checks are made after the payment is made by yourselves, so this is why there was no issue with the actual amount debiting. Our security checks highlighted an address mismatch, which did not cover us to send the order without further information. This was requested from the email you gave us when you placed the order, which we have still not to date had a response from. It was only after you emailed in to us chasing the order that we used the alternate email address to re-request the information.
Our purchasing manager has admitted that an email was sent upgrading this to a free next day AM service but this should have read Next Working day service, which would have meant delivery today, so I am sorry for any inconvenience that this error has incurred.

I can see from the case you have reported a faulty unit with us, and a colleague has emailed asking for 3 images. 1 of the product, 1 of the printer (to ensure the product is correct) and 1 of the error message to see if this is a generic fix that we can resolve without having to inconvenience you any further by having to wait for a new cartridge to come out.
I have now taken over the case as these images have still not been received. As mentioned in my latest email to you, this issue would have been resolved had the images been received, when requested. As soon as the images have been received, I can assure you this will be resolved promptly for you.
Most of my printing is in Black and White so it made sense to buy a high-capacity Black ink cartridge. Even so, it will take me a while to print 10,000 pages, so I won't know if it does last for the rated capacity.

Compatible HP No.339 / No.344 Ink Cartridge Multipack
The 2 ink cartridges mu;ti packs arrived promptly but the 1st multi-pack of colour & black ink only produced documents so faint they were unusable. I cleaned both heads of the cartridges but they still were poor so I am unsure if they had any ink at all. The 2nd multi-pack did work better but still not perfect. Great price and now I can see why!
Toner incorrect and company will not accept returns

Have found the Canon ink Cartridges to be a much better quality to be honest. They are much more expensive but I’ve bought several different own brands before and had numerous problems so I’m sticking to Canon from now on.
Ink didn't work. I spent all day wondering why newly purchased XP6100 ink wasn't being recognised. I could feel the brand new ink cartridges weren't empty, but on the printer it kept saying they were.
I even called up Epson customer service and went through their troubleshooting process with them. Eventually, they said it would be over £100 to get the printer serviced - so I just decided to buy a brand new Epson XP6100 instead.
The very first thing I tried with the new printer, was the ink that I bought here. Shockingly, I had the exact same issue. The ink purchased here wouldn't be recognised even by the brand new printer!
I then used the other ink cartridges that came with the new printer, and voila - that worked! Therefore, I can only fairly assume that the ink I had purchased here was the problem, and not the printer. This has cost me more time and money than it should have.
Works perfectly in my printer. A previous experiment with one of the much cheaper generic toner cartridges from another supplier was absolutely dreadful.
Ordered toner before from TonerGiant for my Xerox Phaser 6500.
No issues with the quality of their compatible toner. Website is easy to use, delivery is fast and their toner is a great price and alternative to the original.

I have looked over the details of the order, and can see that images provided re the faulty item show this to be a genuine branded product, but the order was for a compatible own brand product. As explained when I called you, the branded and unbranded toners are housed at different locations to ensure a mis-pick featuring the same branded and unbranded product cannot occur. Therefore the reason we have not been able to accept responsibility for the leaking toner is due to this not being the cartridge we sent on this order.

I was reluctant to try compatible rather than IEM cartridges, but this was recognised as a valid cartridge by my Canon printer, and worked without any problem.

The toners sent don’t work however, we did get a replacement (blue) but again that didn’t work either. We can print but it comes out pink only Sook we can use it in house but not to send to clients which is casing us issues and now we have to purchase replacements for an additional cost so we are not happy.
I'll always get genuine HP in future.
I tried an 'own brand' (not Toner Giant btw) and the print quality was rubbish by the time the cartridge was showing as still 50% left. So it was telling me I'd printed 950 pages, and had 950 pages left - but I had to replace the cartridge (with this HP purchase) as the quality was so poor.
You don't save any money if you only get half the prints out of it!
It was very difficult to install. I had to follow a Utube installation because the Transfer Belt packaging does not include instructions for installation
