This was the first time I have used Toner Giant and the quality of the product has proved to be first-class. PayPal unfortunately supplied Toner Giant with an incomplete mailing address, but Toner Giant immediately rectified their mistake and ensured I received my ink cartridge.
It is obviously identical to all the previous cartridges I have had. I know by experience that they are well sealed and are not affected by shelf-life.

Good service, reasonable price compared to other ink cartridge suppliers. However, I find the extreme high cost of printer ink very strange and believe it's simply down to global demand and therefore that's probably the only reason it commands that level of price in the overall market place.
Service would have been 5 stars but delivery was a day later than quoted, which annoyingly delayed my production of some hard copies. That point needs to be taken up by Toner Giant with their courier as the courier left a card saying they missed me, yet I was in all day on the day they were due to deliver. Furthermore, they normally leave parcels in my porch, which is not locked during the day. Moreover, I then responded by putting a note on the porch window to ensure they left it there the following day, only to receive that same day a message from them (DPD) thanking me for telling them where to leave the parcel in a safe place! Yet I hadn't messaged them that information (it was a note stuck on my porch window)! If they had returned to my property and read that note, why then had they not left the parcel?
I can only assume DPD didn't have the parcel on board on the day of delivery and simply left a card note in the door saying they missed me. Then they follow it up with a fictional message thanking me for letting them know of a safe place to leave it the following day.
I have ordered toner waste from here before which is why I ordered again. It all works. If I were designing the printer I would make sure people get an early warning alert because if you don't have a waste toner to replace it when it's full the printer stops working.

I bought a generic ink cartridge in January, something I never normally do but you said they were guaranteed. I had to buy the cartridge on this order because the generic one ran out with no warning. Branded cartridges tell you when the ink is low, the generic one didn't. Also I'm pretty sure it didn't last anything like as long as the branded ones, even though it was an XL. Never again!

The toner cartridge replaced a faulty cartridge from another supplier. This cartridge worked faultlessly. It has postponed the decision to dump the aging HP Laser printer as colour printing is now restored without previous defects. Will buy from this source again.
Compatible HP 907XL High Capacity Black Ink Cartridge
As said previously the goods were as described, and the cartridge was delivered quickly. Since this is a compatible cartridge and I have an HP printer I need to roll back the firmware on the device such that the cartridge would work. I am an IT professional so this was not a problem for me but for the layperson this might be a step too far. This is not TonerGiant's fault but something more generally that people should be aware of when purchasing compatible cartridges.
After trying to get a remanufactured Oki image drum from other suppliers and then let down, due to falsely advertising stock levels. I came back to Toner Giant and got an honest answer about availability of these, so ordered a original Oki from Toner Giant as they are the best value. I'm sticking to them now after the hassle from other suppliers.

The one drawback to an HP printer is thatyou can only use HP products but, on the othe hand, the products are good and the price faily reasonable for the product.

I have used Toner giant before and had very good results for the Oki compatible toner cartridges. Although on this occasion, I cannot fully comment as the image drum has also gone down and I'm having trouble getting one, so not used the toner as yet.
The genuine canon cartridges are fine, their own brand ones can be a bit hit and miss where they dont register with the printer so would stick with the OEM brands

Free next day delivery was provided due to the amount of the order. Ensured I was home to receive it but it wasn’t delivered until three days later. Toner Giant blamed DPD as they claim it left their depot on time. Doesn’t really matter whose fault it was, you shouldn’t offer a service you’re unable to fulfil.

I have only printed one item, but all seems good. Delivery was a day later than specified, but it was over the weekend so that maybe explains it.
All is well so far.
I ordered this specifically due to next day delivery (as I have done in the past and never had an issue). However, after 3 days there was no delivery. I had to call to be told that attempts had been made to deliver. AS I WORK I have put in place a locked parcel safe and a secure location (meter cupboard) which parcels are regularly left in. Also my neighbours are mainly in but no attempt had been made to leave it with them. I THINK YOU NEED TO USE DIFFERENT COURIERS AS DPD ARE LETTING YOU DOWN BADLY
Cartridge fitted and was used without issue - not my experience in the past with 'compatible' cartridges. Delivery said 'next day and so it was. All round an excellent experience. Thank you!

Totally wrong item and it looks like I’m stuck with it as it’s going to cost me to return registered signed for and they only give 2 weeks from return e.mail date with address to send to and that was dated 3 days before I received .

I'll have to stick with 3 stars here for now as there was a glitch with this cartridge, requiring a replacement (currently in transit) but I'm assured this is really unusual, and Josh at TG was so helpful I was happy to give the same product another go - even though I was happy to pay the extra £30 or so for a Brother original.
Would have given 5 starts if they did a larger capacity Black ink. The price of the Brother inks seem more reasonable that some of the other well known brands and they also last quite well

I had been highly sceptical about purchasing reconditioned units, over manufactured OEM versions. The price these days is eyewatering (at least twice the price for original), so I have taken the plunge. I cannot say with certainty yet, if the quality has degraded, but the initial signs are that it hasn't. With a 3 year guarantee quoted, I should be more trusting.
I had run out of ink and as I needed to print some work I urgently needed new cartridges and was so relieved when they arrived swiftly after ordering them
It didnt fit my printer as had a rogue protruding piece of black plastic on the right hand side of the cartidge - Steph and Chris know the history - but the customer care was great
