I ordered ink for my HP Officejet Pro 6830, but I made the mistake of ordering compatible one. When I fitted them a message come up on my printer, can not guarantee the ink quality. I printed a couple of pictures and the colour was poor. I would have returned them but I have opened them. Is there perhaps a setting on my printer for this type of cartridge? Matt.

Hi Matt, thanks for your question. HP have implemented a lot of changes to printers and they now always give these kinds of messages when you use anything other than an original HP cartridge. However, if you aren't happy with the quality of print, I'll ask one of the team to get in touch and help advise on any tips or arrange a return.
