Hello back again, thanks for replying.
The reason I used the AGFA make, was owing to the printer C4180 being rather old, I went for the cheaper option, as I had used the HP348 colour photo ink! I have also used compatible black, but the printer just refused to work with it, so hence I tried the ‘photo’ ink which went into the black ink position and this was grand!
I now find I will need some more and thought I would try your website, so in other words, perhaps it is time to throw it out! It's a shame, as it still works perfectly well apart from the problem with the black ink. I have also tried proper HP and that won't work either, it just says ink cartridge not inserted, this is why I use the 348, as it doesn’t give me any grief!
Unless I do try your black 348 and if it works great, if it doesn’t it is not too much of a loss.
