Hi there, unfortunately, we only ship in the UK and the ink cartridges available in the UK would be different from the ones available for machines purchased outside of Europe.

Hi, do I need both 337 and HP 338 ink cartridges to get my printer up and running again?

Hi there, I think that the difference between the HP 337 and HP 338 inks is just the amount of pages that they can print. The 338 can print 450 pages and 337 can print 400 pages maximum. I don't think you particularly need both inks as I believe that there is only one slot for black ink and one slot for a colour ink cartridge so you wouldn't be able to fit 2 blacks at any one time in the printer.
