Hi, my printer is an HP Colour laserjet CP4525. Is the 4525dn compatible?

hi, yes the letters 'dn' just stands for the duplex and network capabilities of the printer so even if your printer doesn't do those things, it will still take the same cartridges so long as the CP4525 part of the model number is the same.
