We need to order a waste toner for an HP Officejet Pro X551DW. Please can you let me know which one we need as I can't see any that are guaranteed to work on your website?

Hi there, as far as I can see, the Officejet pro X551dw would possibly need a waste ink tray rather than waste toner (waste toners are only available for laser printers rather than inkjet printers like the X551dw) but I can't seem to find waste ink trays available from the manufacturer for us to stock. Does the message on the printer actually say 'waste toner', if so I think that the printer might have a technical problem? If not, let me know what the message says and I'll try to help if I can.
