If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you have ordered printer paper and it has arrived damaged, please refuse the delivery and let us know right away so we can arrange a replacement to be sent.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to Return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged.
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.

Thanks for your question. No, this doesn't contain any toner. It's a drum unit which is a maintenance item that moves the toner onto the paper. You would need toner cartridges rather than drum units. If you let me know your printer model, I can help you to find the toner pack with all colours in it.

Hello. On 10th May we ordered a new BR320CL compatible drum from you. This has now arrived and been installed in a Brother DCP-9055CDN printer but we cannot get the drum life counter to reset - it has stayed resolutely at 20. There does not appear to be a Reset Parts Life option in our menu. What would you suggest, please?

Hello, thanks for your question. I've had a look and found the following instructions on how to reset the drum counter. If you have a printer with no touch screen then follow through the following menu options:

Press Menu > Machine Info > Reset Menu > Choose Drum > Press 1 to reset the drum unit counter.

If you have a touch-screen printer model, follow the same instructions but instead of pressing 1 to reset the drum, the screen will ask you if you wish to reset the drum and you will need to press yes.
