I tried the two(2) black cartridges in the printer and neither of them worked. I sent out an email informing you that they didn't work and I have heard nothing since other than an email saying I would hear something within 24Hrs. Still waiting! I don't know if the coloured cartridges work yet but i'm not holding my breath
