Hi there, the difference between the 545 and 545XL is the number of pages they print (standard prints around 180 pages and extra large prints up to 400 pages). Yes, they both work in the TS3150.

Hi there, the PG-545 is the correct ink for the Pixma MG2550S in the UK (it may be different for printers bought outside the UK). The cartridge will print up to 400 pages. The number of page prints is based on 5% coverage of ink on the page, so if you are printing photos or things with much higher coverage than 5% of a page, it won't print the full amount of pages.
