If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you have ordered printer paper and it has arrived damaged, please refuse the delivery and let us know right away so we can arrange a replacement to be sent.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to Return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged.
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.

Hi, this is regionally encoded to the UK so will only work in the UK HP Laser 107 and Laser 135 /137 range of printers.

Hi there, no this isn't the correct toner for the M277dw printer.

You can find the correct toners on the following page: https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/model/HP-Colour-LaserJet-Pro-M277dw-toner-cartridges/.

For any faulty items, all you need to do is contact us and book a return and we would arrange for a courier to collect the faulty item. For original HP products, it's extremely unlikely you will ever get a faulty item (original HP are listed below and have an HP logo next to the image). We guarantee compatible cartridges for 3 years and the failure rate is less than 5% so again they are very good quality (compatible items have the TonerGiant logo next to the image). Delivery is the next working day to anywhere in the UK when orders are placed before 5:30 pm for items that are in stock. If you need any more help, please let us know.

Hi there, no that's not correct. The HP 106A toners aren't compatible with any Samsung printer (HP originally made a mistake and told companies that they were but then back-tracked). You would still need to buy Samsung toners from the MLT-D111S range which you can find here: https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/model/Samsung-Xpress-SL-M2070F-toner-cartridges/.
