Product Details

The Brother TN2010 toner is one of the most purchased cartridges in the brother range. It's been around for many years and provides thousands of customers high quality prints from their machine. This is a genuine Brother product and comes with fast, free shipping that will arrive on the next working day when ordered before 5:30pm on any week day.

How do I install the TN2010?

If you are replacing your existing empty cartridge, you will need to remove the toner cartridge and the drum cartridge from your printer. Both are connected together, so both will easily slide out of the machine when you pull the exposed handle on the toner. Once out of the printer, you will then need to separate the empty toner from the drum unit by pressing the green lever at the front and lifting the cartridge.
Now you can connect the new toner cartridge to the existing drum unit before you slide it back into the printer. Take your new TN2010 toner out of the box and make sure to remove the orange clip as per the instructions. Place your new toner into the space on the drum unit and clip into place.
Now that the new cartridge and drum are connected together, you can slide both back into the printer.

How long should my Brother TN2010 toner cartridge last?

The Brother TN2010 toner is a low capacity cartridge and as such only contains a small amount of toner printing up to an average of 1000 pages, however as this was designed for personal use printers, it's uinlikely that you print large jobs at once.
You may find that you often don't see as many as 1000 pages when you use your printer after replacing an empty cartridge, however the stated amount is for guidance only and is based on 5% of an A4 piece of paper being covered in ink if all your text was compacted into a square. The standard coverage equates to around 5 basic paragraphs of text so bear in mind that if you are printing more, your toner will run out faster.

The product the Brother toner was excellent last time and I purchased this again and was not disappointed. Previously I have purchased a compatible toner from this seller and was very unhappy as it provided poor quality prints these being very faint even after I adjusted all the printer settings. Will always from now on purchase the original toner cartridges although it would be nice to have the reduced cost.
