I haven't installed the new inks yet, but there is no reason to believe they are any different to inks supplied by HP except that they are at a much better price and very promptly delivered. I think Toner Giant will now be my regular source of inks. Thank you TonerGiant.

You keep sending me a link to obtain my voucher for £14.00 but it then tells me to sign in correctly. How do I obtain my voucher?

I'm sorry you're having difficulty with your voucher. The link will activate your voucher so that when you add an item to the basket it will automatically apply the voucher, however, you must sign in to your account online first as the voucher is only for you and will only work on your account. The website is attempting to verify that the correct person is attempting to activate the voucher and the message you are seeing is telling you to sign in first so that no one else uses the discount intended for you.
