Will using your compatible toners invalidate my xerox guarantee?

Hi there,
thanks for your question. If your extended warranty is the 12 months warranty that you got when you bought the printer (standard warranty) you won't have any issues at all as it is illegal to invalidate these warranties by using compatibles. If your warranty was purchased in addition to your printer, Xerox can put that rule forward and invalidate a warranty however if you choose to use our compatibles and your printer breaks because of them, we will fix your printer or replace it if it cannot be fixed.
