This is fine, you can either send it to us or we can arrange a collection its entirely up to you. Keep in mind that you have 14 days as a business customer and 28 days as a domestic customer in order to arrange a return.

My printer isn’t printing properly and even sometimes not printing at all, what should I do?

Firstly try to restart your computer/laptop/device, the printer, and the wireless router. Once you have done this check if the printer is connected to a network by printing a wireless network test from the control panel. If this doesn’t work you are probably best off by contacting where you bought the printer from or HP themselves. If you have further questions you are more than welcome to call our customer care team.
