I currently have the compatible multipack for this printer, but I do not need the ink anymore as we are getting a different printer. How do I go about sending it back?

This is fine, you can either send it to us or we can arrange a collection its entirely up to you. Keep in mind that you have 14 days as a business customer and 28 days as a domestic customer in order to arrange a return.

My printer isn’t printing properly and even sometimes not printing at all, what should I do?

Firstly try to restart your computer/laptop/device, the printer, and the wireless router. Once you have done this check if the printer is connected to a network by printing a wireless network test from the control panel. If this doesn’t work you are probably best off by contacting where you bought the printer from or HP themselves.
