What are compatible cartridges?
Our compatible cartridges are any cartridge on our website that displays the TonerGiant logo and the that has an image displaying a TonerGiant box, rather than the printer manufacturer logo and packaging.
Our compatible own brand inks and toners are compatible with the printers displayed on their product page, and contain some recycled parts. Our compatible cartridges are a high quality premium product, manufactured to ISO 9001 standards and offer an affordable alternative to the printer manufacturer OEM cartridges.
Complete Satisfaction
We offer a complete satisfaction 3 year guarantee on all compatible inks and toner cartridges (including premium recycled inks). Our 3 year guarantee covers the following:
- Any faults where the cartridge is not working correctly.
- If the software on the microchip stops working due to a printer update.
- Any loss of print quality during regular use.
- If you aren’t happy with the quality of print results when you start using the cartridge.

Premium Printer Cover
Not only do we offer a 3 year guarantee on all compatible cartridges, we give you extra peace of mid with our premium printer cover.
If your printer stops working while using our cartridges, contact us right away and we’ll arrange for a printer technician to take a look. If they deem our cartridges to have caused the issue, they will fix the printer. If the printer can’t be fixed, we’ll replace the printer.
Printer Cover Terms and conditions
- Applies to printers using TonerGiant compatible inks or toners only (does not cover faults caused by other retailers products).
- If your printer stops working while using TonerGiant compatible cartridges, contact us right away. We may require photo evidence to investigate the issue further.
- If a fault is confirmed during investigation, we will arrange our own printer technician to look at your printer.
- Reports created by a third party engineers (not arranged by TonerGiant) cannot be used to establish the cause of the fault.
- We may first try to fix the fault over telephone support.
- If our engineer establishes that a fault was caused by TonerGiant compatible cartridges, they will firstly attempt to fix the fault.
- If the fault cannot be fixed and our engineer deems that the printer is broken, we will arrange a replacement printer that has equivalent specifications to the model that is broken (as the same printer may no longer be available).
- Printer cover cannot be exchanged for a monetary compensation.
- Our premium printer cover does not cover faults caused by accidental damage or improper use / installation of TonerGiant compatible cartridges.
Low Return Rate
We manufacture the highest quality cartridges in the UK and we monitor their performance to maintain an extremely low return rate.
Our compatible cartridges rarely develop faults, and our return rate is just 3%.*
*We established our return rate by looking at how many orders containing compatible cartridges were placed in the last 6 months, and what percentage of them had a return raised due to a cartridge fault.
