My HP Laptop computer is giving me a warning of the ink being low. I have observed that my printouts are not of the normal quality of printing. The serial number of my Printer is W9BY002015. I need to rectify this problem, as I cannot submit poor-quality printouts to my contacts.

Hi there, it sounds like you need to purchase a new ink cartridge. If you could let us know the colour your PC is asking to be replaced and also we'd need the printer model which would be indicated on the front of the printer (we're unable to find the correct cartridges using the printer serial number), we'd be happy to point you to the correct page on our website so you can buy the cartridges that you need or place the order for you over the telephone.
