Hi, no this isn't the correct ink cartridge for the HP Deskjet 3700 printer. You need the HP 27 and HP 28 ink cartridges found on this page here: https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/model/HP-Deskjet-3320-ink-cartridges/ We don't currently have the 3700 listed but these are the same as the HP Deskjet 3320 printer.
