If you change your mind:
You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 14 days to return the items to us once arranged.
Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 28 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

Open the front cover of your machine to locate the toner cartridges. Grab the handle of the one needing replacing and pull the cartridge out. Take your new cartridge out of its box and insert it into the slot, making sure that the pins line up with the holes in the cartridge slot. Close the front cover and you will hear a click.

We have a VersaLink C400 and we've had problems with other manufacturers' non-Xerox cartridges working with the machine. I'd much prefer to order the non-Xerox but is there a guarantee your compatible cartridges will work with the printer as I've wasted a fair bit of money on them in the past?
