The C235 can print up to 22 pages in colour, or 22 black and white pages per minute, and is designed for teams who print up to 1500 pages per month. To keep your printer working correctly, you'll need 4 colour replacement toners (available in standard or high capacity) and a replacement waste toner cartridge. The waste toner cartridge will only need to be replaced every 15000 prints.
What's the difference between standard and high-capacity C235 toner?
The difference between standard and high-capacity Xerox C235 toners, is the number of pages they can print before needing to be replaced. Standard toners can print up to 1500 pages, which means a set of these will last approximately 1 month. High-capacity cartridges can print up to 2500 pages in colour and 3500 pages in black and should last around 2 months before you'll need to order a new set of cartridges (depending on how much you print).
Will the C235 work without a waste toner?
The waste toner cartridge is responsible for collecting and storing any overflow of toner power from the printing process and it will get full over time. Your Xerox C235 will come with a waste toner pre-installed and shouldn't need a new replacement until your printer indicates that one is needed. However, if the current one is full, you will need a replacement waste cartridge before your printer will work again.

If your product becomes faulty
Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 6 months.
Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.

If you change your mind:
You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 14 days to return the items to us once arranged.
Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 28 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.
