I have heard that not all compatibles yield the same amount of pages as the originals. Does your guarantee also cover this? Also if my printer is out of its warranty and something goes wrong when using one of your compatibles what is your policy? Thanks.

Hi, generally our compatible cartridges will print an equal amount or sometimes more than the original for increased capacity cartridges that are sometimes not available in the original cartridge equivalent. As is also the case with any OEM cartridge, so long as your prints cover no more than 5% of the page and your printer is in good condition, this cartridge will print up to 20,000 pages.

Can you deliver to Sweden without VAT? (We have a VAT number) Cost for transportation? Do you guarantee the newly installed developer if destroyed by the toner? (We will start with your toner after changing the developer in our machine). An original toner cartridge should weigh 885 grams when full. Does this one have the same weight?
