Excellent price, the originals are very expensive and these compatible toners were much more expensive at other retailers, Toner Giant was the cheapest I could find.

Hi there, it will depend on whether HP has created a printer update that has put the cartridge software out of date. We make ours as up-to-date as possible and normally they aren't a problem but it's very difficult to tell until you use them I'm afraid.
Q
I noted that a customer said on another website, that they had to download and install a revised firmware for the printer (mine is an HP Officejet Pro X451dw) so that the printer would not constantly alert you that the cartridges are not genuine HP. Do you provide customers with instructions on where to get this firmware, or if not required, as the printer will think they are genuine HP?
