Our Kyocera black cartridges K590 have been spilling out all over the place on our printer model FS5250DN and we are wasting a lot of ink.I am reluctant to continue with another order until this is resolved. Our PA thinks that K590B should work better but I cannot find this on your website. Sarah

Hi Sarah, Thanks for your question on the website. It sounds like the waste toner box may be full. This is what catches all the waste toner when the print process runs and when it fills up it will need replacing or you tend to get spillage as you describe. Please could you have a look and let me know? You can find the instructions on how to check on this page here: https://www.manualowl.com/m/Kyocera/FS-C5250DN/Manual/163522?page=154 If it does need replacing, let me know and I’ll ask one of our customer care team to contact our suppliers and see if we can source one for you. They aren’t very expensive to replace at all.
