If you have faulty items - We offer a 6 month warranty on OEMs and a 3 year warranty on our compatible brand cartridges covering any faults. If your item was damaged in transit,
please let us know within 5 days of your delivery.
If you received the incorrect product - Please let us know within 14 days of your delivery so we can arrange the correct items to be sent to you and incorrect items to be returned.
If you ordered in error / No longer required items -Items must be returned in an unopened / unused condition. You must return your order to us within 28 days of delivery via
tracked delivery to avoid items being lost (customers are responsible for postage costs). Please note, we are unable to post items back to you once they have been returned to us. For more
