We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return items to us. If you're having trouble with your compatible ink or toner here are some common tips that can get your cartridge working without needing to return them: My printer doesn't recognise the compatible cartridge.

Please note: Please don't send any items back to our head office address as we won't be able to process your return correctly.

If you have faulty items - We offer a 12 month warranty on OEMs and a 3 year warranty on our compatible brand cartridges covering any faults. If your item was damaged in transit, please let us know within 5 days of your delivery.

If you received the incorrect product - Please let us know within 14 days of your delivery so we can arrange the correct items to be sent to you and incorrect items to be returned.

If you ordered in error / No longer required items -Items must be returned in an unopened / unused condition. You must return your order to us within 30 days of delivery via tracked delivery to avoid items being lost (customers are responsible for postage costs). Please note, we are unable to post items back to you once they have been returned to us. For more information please

Please do not open the packaging if you are in any doubt that the correct item has been sent or you have changed your mind.

We can not accept goods where original manufacturer packaging has been opened.
