I have a Brother DCP 9015CDW which is not printing the yellow & magenta across the width of the paper. The left-hand side is fine but fades from the middle to the right-hand side.
The black and cyan are fine. The replacements are not Brother and I am unsure whether to try yours. Will I still get a problem?
Could it be that the powders are of not good quality? I have shaken them side to side but they are still no use.

Hi there, Have you been able to try any other cartridges? If the problem isn't being caused by the toners, you may still get the same issue with our cartridges. It could actually be an issue with the yellow and magenta drum units that are causing the issue you describe. The drums sit beneath each toner and are responsible for passing the toner from its cartridge to the paper. The yield of all of the toners in the multi-pack is the same that is shown for the individual toner items, which in this case each of the high capacity toners all print up to 2,200 pages.
