The drum unit was very reasonable value and fixed our printing issues. We had not heard of TonerGiant before this purchase and the printer engineer that we called out to look at the printer recommended them.

Hi, yes that's right. If the drum unit is at the end of its cycle, the printer would tell you unless there is an issue with the quality of the printouts like black lines down the page which can be caused by a faulty drum.

On your page, it says that this product is compatible with the Brother MFC 9330cdw. The Brother website says that the product required is the DR221CL drum unit ... is the DR241CL definitely compatible with this printer?
