- Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.

If you have ordered printer paper and it has arrived damaged, please refuse the delivery and let us know right away so we can arrange a replacement to be sent.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to Return:
- You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged.
- Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
- Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.

Very satisfied with the product although it will be some time before we need them as they were for our backup supply. You don't get much warning when they run out so spares are a must. We have used yours before and all ok.

Have only just recently started to use compatible cartridges so was a bit concerned but performance was excellent. Only problem, every time I change a cartridge, the printer insists on printing a test page which is a bit of a nuisance.

HP has blocked cartridges without an hp chip so I cannot use my printer. Will your compatible cartridge HP338 still work?

Hi there, we keep the chips as up-to-date as possible but HP delivers frequent updates that cause this issue. It really depends on how recently the printer was updated I'm afraid. We guarantee the cartridges for 3 years and most will work without a problem.
