All our original ink and toner cartridges come with a 6 month warranty as standard. If you do experience any issues with your ink and toner, all you need to do is contact our customer service team by emailing
[email protected] or by filling in a returns form through the ‘My Account’ section on our website.
If our customer care team can’t resolve your issue over the phone, then you will have the option of a full refund, or a replacement product will be sent out on a next business day delivery.
