Can I have a discount if I buy all the TN326 colours please, how do I get a discount?
Hi, you certainly can. We actually sell a full pack of those cartridges already put together and we make that pack a little bit cheaper to buy compared to buying each one of the separate cartridges. So if you'd like a little discount on your order then the best way to get one is to purchase the toner cartridge pack found on the following page of our website here: https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/product/Brother-TN326-Toner-Value-Pack-B-C-M-Y-TN326PACK-86260/ or we also sell the TonerGiant compatible cartridge version with 3 year guarantee here: https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/product/Compatible-Brother-TN326-Toner-Value-Pack-B-C-M-Y-RETN326PACK-86695/
Do you offer some sort of price guarantee on your Brother toners if I find a better price somewhere else?
Hello Frank, we do offer a price promise guarantee on all original ink and toner cartridges so if you do find the Brother TN326 or Brother TN321 toner range cheaper elsewhere within 7 days after you have ordered with us then we will offer you a refund of the difference (up to £20 maximum) and an extra 20% of the difference as a voucher off your next order with us. One thing to note is it does need to be like for like and not cheaper because of any offers or added delivery charge, also that doesn't include some market place websites. You can find full terms and conditions and how to claim here: https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/blog/price-promise/
My printer has CDW not CDN will these toner cartridges still work in mine?
Hi there, I assume that you have the Brother HL-L8350CDW laser printer? These cartridges will be absolutely correct for your printer if that's the case. Just to let you know, the CDW compared to the CDN just means that the connectivity of the different printers is 'N' for Networked and 'W' for Wireless and the D stands for duplex which means that you can use the printer to print on both sides of the paper and save on paper wastage.
