Hi there, you won't need a printer technician to replace the transfer belt as it should slide in and out quite easily once the release lever has been pulled. Hi! Yes, we do sell Brother MFC-L8650CDW drum units. The drum is the part of your printer that filters the toner powder out of its cartridge down onto the paper as it passes below it. The drum should be very easy to replace and is usually attached to each of the toner cartridges. It will be a small lever that releases the drum but you will get instructions in the box when you purchase one.
