Our compatible Brother TN329 toner cartridges are built to meet OEM standards so you can rest assured that your printer will continue to work effectively. This economical alternative to the
original Brother HL-8350CDW toner cartridge yields crisp and clear printouts, but is not as expensive. You will need both a toner cartridge and a drum unit to operate this printer, although you
may not need to purchase them both right away. Usually, the toner will need to be replaced first, but it’s good to know that you can also obtain the Brother DR321CL drum unit from TonerGiant when
you finally need it. Our very own drum unit can last 25,000 cycles before it would require a replacement.

can arrange to return a product through our returns form, or by calling us on 0345 365 3605.
If your product becomes faulty
- Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
- Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
- You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
- Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
- Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

Hi, that's right we do only currently sell online as we don't have any retail outlets and you can't pick up directly from one of our warehouses however we do offer super-fast free next business day delivery on everything so we can get your order to you as soon as tomorrow or tomorrow morning with AM delivery (with a small added charge), providing everything is in stock and you order before 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
