If I buy compatible toner. Does it negate my printer guarantee? Thanks

Using compatible toners in your printer doesn't in any way negate your standard printer warranty that you get with your printer when you buy it and in the unlikely event that a compatible of ours ever caused a fault with your printer, we'd arrange for it to be fixed.
