Hi Victoria, you can only receive a refund if the item is faulty or damaged. If you change your mind about your order you will have 14 days to issue a return and your product mustn't be opened.

Hi there, no unfortunately we can't source many of the maintenance parts for HP machines and have got in touch with the manufacturer we can't get this one either. I think the reference of the fuser you need is RM1-6185. Sorry I couldn't help you to find what you needed.
