if this product does not work in my printer, as a compatible, can I return it for a full refund?

Hi there, yes you're right as our compatible products come with a 3-year guarantee so if your cartridge occurs with any problems or damages your printer then you will be entitled to a refund. Although I can assure you that this will not be the case as our own brand cartridges are of the highest quality.
