Do you offer a TN3380 toner refill service?

No, we don't offer any sort of Brother TN3380 refill service and there are a number of reasons why we would advise against refilling toner cartridges. Whilst it is possible, to refill a cartridge, this can cause any number of problems including damage to your printer if something goes wrong, not to mention the mess that can be left.
Secondly, a refilled cartridge will never meet the quality of the genuine Brother or a trusted compatible cartridge as the integrity of the cartridge that has been refilled, has been compromised. Our original toners come with a 6 month guarantee and will work perfectly in your printer.

will my Brother TN3380 toner cartridge last long?

As a medium capacity cartridge, the Brother TN3380 is intended to be used by anyone who prints very often and doesn't want to keep needing to replace them. Based on standard print rates the maximum amount of pages you will be able to print is 8000. Please bear in mind that this can be affected by how efficient your printer is and also what you might be printing out (images use a lot more toner than basic text print outs).

What is the returns policy and how do I return a product?

If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you have ordered printer paper and it has arrived damaged, please refuse the delivery and let us know right away so we can arrange a replacement to be sent.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to Return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged.
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
