Hi there, thanks for your question. If the 2 toners you bought from other suppliers were compatible / remanufactured cartridges (rather than genuine Samsung), I think they may have chip faults that can be caused by printer updates. Printer manufacturers are pushing updates more and more frequently and causing issues with non-original cartridges.
Our cartridges are guaranteed for 3 years so if you have any issues at all we will replace or refund them for you. We quarantine any batches that have potential issues and update the range to make sure we have low failure rates.
