Does it invalidate the manufacturer's warranty?

This won't affect your warranty. It's against the Law for original printer manufacturers to claim using a compatible will invalidate the standard warranty that you get when you buy a printer, however, if you have an extended warranty or warranty care pack, they are allowed to invalidate that warranty if you use a compatible. Our compatibles carry a warranty that protects your printer.
In other words, if you use our compatibles and you get a printer problem, we'll send a technician to find out what has caused the issue and if it's found that our compatibles did cause an issue, we'll fix or replace your printer.
