Hello, we have purchased from you a number of times in the past so hope you can help. I recently ordered a new printer - Xerox Versalink B405DN. The toner ran out much quicker than expected so in a rush I ordered one with same-day delivery elsewhere. When I installed it, it was shown as a non-genuine toner and refuses to print anything out. I then called Xerox who told me that it wouldn't work and there was no solution. In the manual, it advises using genuine (of course) but doesn't say that compatibles are blocked, and suggests that any poor print quality should be resolved by reverting to genuine. If I were to buy a compatible from you, do you think yours would work? I don't want to be buying genuine all the time due to the high cost (£300 for high capacity), and we print a lot.
