Hi there, thank you for reaching out to us. I believe HP had made a big recent update that had rendered the chips on lots of compatibles useless. Unfortunately, I don't have any way of checking if the new stock we have in will work correctly or not but I can say that our cartridges are fully guaranteed so if you do experience issues, we will certainly offer you a refund.

Hi there, this product is a remanufactured/compatible cartridge set, The inks contain some recycled parts. We don't sell brand-new compatible cartridges with no recycled parts. If you want a new product we only sell HP original which you can find here:
