Hi there, you should get a starter toner with the printer, however, there won't be a full amount of toner in it so you'll need one of each colour from this page (Black, cyan, magenta, and yellow). Hi Antony, the only discount we have on original products is GET4 - a 4% discount. We keep prices as low as possible and with regards to the multi-pack toners, after the courier charge is added to our figures (we don't charge for shipping but still get charged ourselves) there is a little discount to offer. The Samsung Xpress C480W and SL-C480W are exactly the same printer that take the same cartridges. The SL- part of the model is just something that Samsung use on their own website that we have included but don't worry there is no difference at all between the 2 different names.

You say Samsung CLT-P404C will work on the c480W printer but Samsung specifies P404S (Suffix S). Do you supply the P404S? What is the difference? Is your product a guaranteed Samsung pack to give the same print volume?

Hi there, the C is just part of the code for the multiple cartridge pack that contains all 4 colour cartridges (CLT-P404C). Each individual cartridge has the code with reference P404S. In other words, the product with reference CLT-P404C contains the CLT-K404S Black, CLT-C404S Cyan, CLT-M404S Magenta, and CLT-Y404S Yellow cartridges. These are genuine Samsung cartridges (made by Samsung) and will give the same print volumes.
