Toner Cartridges for the Samsung CLP-365W

It’s true that we do stock the full range of replacement laser toners for your Samsung CLP-365W printer (CLT-406 range) but we also stock the full range of replacement maintenance products too. So for that rare occasion when you experience a printing problem preventing you from completing your work, come and visit us and we’re guaranteed to have what you need to get you up and running again.
There are 4 different maintenance items that you will eventually need to replace, however they do last much longer than toner cartridges, so you won’t need to change them anywhere near as often. You might be wondering what each of these things do, read on to find out! Samsung CLTR406 Imaging unit – the purpose of an imaging unit or drum as it can sometimes be called is to use static electricity to move the toner powder from its cartridge on to the paper. Transfer belt – this is a simple as it sounds and transfers paper around the printer using a plastic film on rollers. CLTW406 Waste Toner Bottles are there to collect any toner wasted during the printing process and finally, the Fuser unit’s job is to melt the toner particles on to the paper so once a page is printed, it stays on the page. What is the returns policy and how do I return a cartridge?
We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with TonerGiant. With over 20 years’ expertise, our friendly support team is here to help get you printing again quickly. You can arrange to return a product through our returns form, or by calling us on 0345 365 3605.
If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
We don't think you should pay more at the checkout, and we're proud to be one of the only printer cartridge suppliers to offer Free guaranteed next-day delivery to all mainland UK addresses.
Order before 5:30 pm on any working day and so long as the products are in-stock, your order will be delivered on the next-working-day.

Hi, I have a Samsung CLP 365W printer and recently the magenta doesn't seem to be printing. All of the other colours and quality are fine. The magenta is not empty according to the printer software. There are no errors or warnings. I wonder if the magenta toner might have got blocked or the toner itself has just got old. I know you can't guarantee that a replacement magenta toner will sort the problem but is this a likely solution?

Hi Rob, It would be hard to know the exact cause without any error messages. Although the most common reason for toner cartridges not working is the golden metal contacts being interfered with in some way whether this being dirt or damage. If you take out the cartridge and give these contacts a good clean they may start to work again. If not, I suspect that this issue could be from the cartridge being old. I cannot find what I need. It is an imaging unit and the part I am told by Samsung is CLT-R406. I will keep looking but thus far I can't find it. I cannot print anything and this affects my work. This is urgent. Many thanks.
