It sounds like either some of the cartridges are faulty or have run out and need replacing. In both cases, you would need to try new toner cartridges.

Hi there, you can find the correct product on this page here: https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/product/Samsung-CLT-W406-Waste-Toner-Bottle-CLT-W406-13729/ the waste container is normally found in the printer on the left or right side. Take the toners and drums out first and then you should see it. It has a coloured square for each toner similar to the product on the link above.

Hi there, the only thing you can try is to run the automatic printer cleaning process as this is often caused by a toner blockage or a number of problems from a drum issue to a fuser problem. Please try that if you haven't already done so and if you still have issues the best thing to do is to give us a call on 0345 365 3605 as it may well be a defective cartridge and we'll be more than happy to arrange for a replacement for you if we can't help you to fix that over the telephone.

Hi there, the Samsung CLP-360 doesn't have print heads as it's a laser printer. It has an imaging unit (drum) that delivers the toner to the page. If you are referring to an inkjet printer, the best way to clean any printer is to use its own self-cleaning function through the menu on your computer. Thanks, Stu.
