What is the returns policy and how do I return a cartridge?
We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with TonerGiant. With over 20 years’ expertise, our friendly support team is here to help get you printing again quickly. You can arrange to return a product through our returns form, or by calling us on 0345 365 3605.
If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

I have just replaced the black toner cartridge in my C1860FW. It has now rejected all the toner cartridges as incompatible (even the ones that were working before). I want to purchase a set of 4 new toner cartridges that will hopefully solve this problem could you advise which ones to purchase from you? Paul.

Hi Paul, thanks for your question.

It sounds like a firmware update has made the software on the cartridges go out of date. Sometimes installing a new cartridge triggers the printer to check. If you purchased them from us, we may be able to replace them for you. If you just want to buy new ones, the CLT-504 cartridges are the correct ones. Do you take returns of used toner cartridges? I have 8 that are empty. They were purchased in November 2017 but I cannot remember where from. Can you advise me if I purchased these from you? If so, I would like to return the used ones and purchase 4 more. Regards, Geoff

Hi Diane, we do sell them and you can find them for your Samsung C1860FW on the following page here: https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/product/Samsung-JC91-01130A-Fuser-Unit-JC91-01130A-86239/ Unfortunately I can't seem to find the instructions on replacing the fuser, it will possibly require you to unscrew the current fuser but it should slide in and out in a similar fashion to a toner cartridge once unscrewed. You will normally receive instructions in the box when you buy one or in your printer manual. If you need any more advice please let me know.
