I have placed an order Invoice no TPBALA, for CLT-P504C which is sold as a set of genuine Samsung cartridges as per your listing on your website. I have received my order and gone to install today and the cartridges I have been supplied are HP. It says on the box replaces Samsung. These are not genuine Samsung. Have these been picked in error? If you can please get back to me asap that would be appreciated. Thanks, Graham.

Hi Graham, Thanks for your question.

I can confirm that these are definitely genuine products, but you might not be aware that HP bought the Samsung printer division back in 2017-2018 and are in a process of rebranding all the products to HP over the last few years. They are now starting to discontinue everything Samsung (including all printers and cartridges) and replacing them with HP equivalent printers. Eventually, you'll no longer be able to get the cartridges I'm afraid but for now, the OEM products are all branded HP.
