Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've had in the past when using compatibles.
Unfortunately, HP printers keep updating themselves and causing compatibles to stop working/displaying messages such as the one you described. It can be very frustrating and whilst we manufacture high-quality compatibles, sometimes and on rare occasions, this can still happen. We try to keep the information on the cartridges as up-to-date as possible to prevent it but if it were to happen, our guarantee covers any problems and we'd happily replace or refund them. Our guarantee also covers your printer. If a cartridge of ours was found to cause an issue in your printer we'd arrange to have a technician come and fix it and if it couldn't be fixed, we'd replace the printer for you.
