Hi, I have a Samsung CLX-3185FW printer. Will this drum work on my printer and does it cover all the colours? Sorry, it's a silly question but I have not changed it before and on the website, there appear to be different coloured drums. Also, is this original product or a compatible type one? I will be ordering toners too for my printer. Thank you for all your help.

Hi there, the imaging unit is used to help laser the toner onto the paper. Some printers will use four different imaging units but yours doesn't. Also, this product is a genuine product. If you'd like to place an order with our customer care team you can call 0345 365 3605.

Drum units are very easy to replace in the printer. They slot in and out just like a toner. You'll get instructions in the box.
