awfull. the first one I tried didn't print. the franking machine attempted to print a test page about 20 times, that wasted about half an hour. when asked to replace, the other one is the wrong item. my machine is a DM50 you sent me DM100 cartridge.

Unlike Pitney Bowes genuine ink which dries instantly, the compatible ink is runny, smudges when touched and takes ages to dry. I would rather spend more money next time to get quality, than the hassle with the compatible.

I have to say I was very disappointed with the compatible Franking machine cartridge. As soon as i installed this in our machine it took along time for the ink to come through and within 24 hours the light on the machine was saying ink levels low. I am not sure whether this is a fault with your cartridge or not. I would welcome your feedback to my feedback. Thank you.

Hi there, please can you tell me how many prints we should expect to get out of a compatible cartridge? We have a Pitney Bowes DM60 mail mark machine.
