What is the returns policy and how do I return a product?
We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with TonerGiant. With over 20 years’ expertise, our friendly support team is here to help get you printing again quickly. You can arrange a return through our returns form, or by calling us on 0345 365 3605.
If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you have ordered printer paper and it has arrived damaged, please refuse the delivery and let us know right away so we can arrange a replacement to be sent.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to Return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged.
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Products must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

Hi, I print photo booklets that I sell online and at book fairs. I'm looking to reduce my costs and am considering using non-Xerox toner in my C8000 printer. Will I notice much difference in the print quality if I use your own brand toner cartridges? Cheers, Simon.

thanks for your question.

We manufacture high quality cartridge that try to match the quality of the originals. That being said and to be transparent with you, the quality will never be as good as the originals due to patents that the Xerox puts in place to protect their toner technology.

They are worth a try if you want to save a good chunk of money and we do offer a 3 year guarantee, so if for any reason you aren't happy with the quality, then give us a call and we'll happily take them back for a refund as part of our satisfaction guarantee.

Compatible cartridges - our old Phaser 7800 blew up because of dodgy toners. What guarantee do I have that these won't do the same to our brand new Versalink C8000?

Hi, thanks for your question. Wow, that sounds like you had a nightmare with those toners!

Our Guarantee on compatibles is for 3 years and covers the printer as well. If there are any issues at all, we'll fix or replace the printer. What I would say is that sort of thing is extremely rare and in the 16 years I've worked at TonerGiant, over many tens of thousands of orders, there are only a handful of times I've experienced this, and we've always sorted the problem out where the compatibles caused a problem. We do our best to make sure our cartridges are manufactured to a very high level, as it doesn't make sense for us to sell a lower quality product that can cause a lot of issues.
