I would like to purchase a compatible Xerox 106R02759 black toner cartridge. What if I open the toner packing and then find out that the cartridge is not compatible or my printer fails to recognize it? Can I still return it if it doesn't work with my computer?

If this cartridge is definitely the correct one for your printer (ie. your printer is in the list of suitable printers on the page to the right) and the cartridge doesn't work for any reason then it would be covered with our 3-year guarantee and we can replace or refund it.

If you opened the packaging and then realised that it wasn't the correct cartridge for your printer, we would be unable to raise a return for it as it had been opened.
